Berry dessert

For the recipe you will need:
berry mixture (strawberries, raspberries, red and black currants, blackberries) – 1 kg for the base:

flour – 3 tbsp
sugar (or powdered sugar) – 2/3 cup
egg (squirrels) – 4 pcs.
salt – 1/4 tsp
vanilla for cream:

milk – 3 cups
flour – 6 tbsp. l.

almond flakes – 1 cup

сахарная пудра – 2 ст.l. for wine sauce:

dessert wine – 250 ml
ликер (апельсиновый) – 2 ст.l. for decoration:

whipped cream – 250 ml
To prepare Berry Dessert you need:

Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form, gradually add sugar, then flour, salt, and vanilla. Place parchment paper on a baking sheet and brush with oil. Put the protein mass on a parchment sheet and bake at a temperature of 150C for about 30 minutes. Cool the finished cake and cut into small (2-3 cm) pieces.

Add vanilla to milk and boil. Remove from fire. Beat the yolks with powdered sugar, add flour and mix everything thoroughly. Stirring constantly, pour the yolk mass into the milk and put on a small fire until it thickens. Transfer the resulting cream to a separate container and refrigerate.

Prepare the berries: cut the strawberries into quarters, mix with the rest of the berries and powdered sugar. Press the berries lightly to release their juice.

Now toast the almond flakes: the first 3-5 minutes without oil, and then with oil and powdered sugar. Remember to stir constantly so that the flakes do not burn.

Put the pieces of cake in a salad bowl and pour over with wine sauce (a mixture of dessert wine and liquor). Let the crust soak.

Put 1/3 of the cream on the softened cake, then part of the berries, then again a layer of cream and berries. Put the remaining cream on top of the second layer of berries, whipped cream on top and again the berry mixture. Sprinkle everything with almonds. Put the finished dessert in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
