Green Salad with Chicken Liver and Apples

Ingredients:
chicken liver – 200g
apple – 1pc
lettuce – 1 bunch
green onions – 1 bunch
parsley – 1 bunch
dill – 1 bunch
sorrel – 1 bunch
vegetable oil – 4 tbsp.
vinegar 3% – 1 tsp
salt, pepper – to taste
curry – 1 tsp

Cooking:
Fry the liver in vegetable oil until cooked for 10-15 minutes. While the liver is cooling, we prepare all the other ingredients: we tear the greens with our hands, cut the green onion into rings, peel the apple from the seeds and cut into thin slices. In a separate bowl, mix vegetable oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and curry. Mix all the ingredients in a salad bowl and pour over the dressing.
