boiled veal pulp – 165 g
salad – 50 g
onion – 1 head
apples – 1 pc.
olive oil – 20 g
sugar – 1 teaspoon
vinegar 3% – 1 teaspoon
mustard – 2 teaspoons
salt – to taste
ground black pepper – to taste
canned cucumbers – 1 pc.

Cut meat, green salad, cucumber, apple into slices, leaving a part for decoration. Onion cut into strips.

Combine the prepared ingredients and season with salad dressing.

For salad dressing, combine and mix oil, sugar, salt, vinegar, mustard.

Lay the salad on lettuce leaves, decorate with slices of meat and apple.
