Vegetable okroshka

My favorite diet dish is vegetable okroshka. Easy, fresh, fast! And full, and the pounds are melting, and insanely delicious! It is advisable to cook such okroshka during the vegetable season – from your garden directly to the table.

How to cook vegetable okroshka?
1. First, prepare vegetables for our okroshka. Wash and boil turnips, cauliflower and carrots. Rinse green onions and cucumbers.
2. Put hard boiled eggs.
3. Cut all vegetables and eggs into small cubes, chop the onion.
4. Put the ingredients for our okroshka in a large bowl, season with sour cream, salt. Mix everything.
5. Fill everything with kvass. Mix carefully!
Vegetable okroshka will please you and your guests. I am sure that you can surprise no one with vegetable okroshka.
Ingredients:
Turnip – 2 Pieces (Medium)
Carrot – 1 piece
Head of cauliflower – 1/2 piece
Cucumbers – 3 Pieces
Chicken eggs – 2 pieces
Green onions (bunch) – 1 piece
Sour cream – 5 Art. spoons
Kvass – 1-1.5 liters
Salt – to taste
