Okroshka on beer

In the evening warm time, we cook okroshka on beer in the country. Wonderful thing! The recipe for making such a hoppy okroshka is simple: pour the classic ingredients of your favorite soup with cold beer.

Preparation description:
Summer soup on beer is most liked by men – a kind of two in one: beer with a snack. I usually use light lager beer, I also recommend the so-called “live” fresh beer. To taste, such okroshka is practically the same as the usual one, the difference is only in the aftertaste left by your favorite beer. To cook okroshka on beer, you will need a couple of fresh cucumbers, radishes, a bunch of fresh onions, meat – preferably boiled beef, eggs and, of course, beer. I’ll tell you in detail how to cook okroshka on beer:
1. First, boil potatoes and eggs. Potatoes can be immediately peeled and cut into cubes and cooked this way – it will be much faster. But, if you have time, you can cook in uniforms. Then we need the eggs and potatoes to cool down. Then they will need to be cleaned and cut into small cubes.
2. Everything is clear with boiled finished sausage, but if the meat is raw, then it must also be boiled. You can use chicken fillet or beef tenderloin. in other words, what you have or what you love the most. We grind the meat, and cut the sausage into cubes.
3. Rinse, dry and cut cucumbers, radishes and onions as you like. I usually cut radishes in half rings, and cucumbers in cubes.
4. Mix all chopped ingredients in a bowl or saucepan, fill with beer. You can add salt and mayonnaise to taste. But in our family, we manage without them.

Red radish – 2 pieces
Green onions (bunch) – 1 piece
Boiled meat or sausage – 400 grams
Chicken egg – 2 pieces
Potatoes – 2 Pieces
Beer – 1 Liter
