Okroshka without potatoes

I “lighten” my favorite okroshka. I remove the potatoes, replace the fatty kefir with low-fat and add juicy tomatoes. It turns out an excellent dietary dish that is suitable for everyone and is quickly prepared.

Preparation description:
If you have “hidden” boiled eggs and beef, then you will cook okroshka in 5-8 minutes. It saves with a frantic pace of life. But if you have half an hour, then we will make okroshka without potatoes, following these steps. How to cook okroshka without potatoes (cool name, rhymes):
1. Boil an egg. While you cook everything else, it should cool.
2. If you do not have boiled beef, boil a piece in salted water. Let it cool down.
3. Rinse and dry tomatoes, cucumbers, dill and parsley. Peel the cucumbers, cut the stalks from the tomatoes. Cut. Chop dill and parsley.
4. Cut the cooled egg and beef into small cubes.
5. Mix all products in a large bowl. Salt.
6. Pour the mixture with fat-free kefir or light yogurt, dilute with water and mix everything.
