Pumpkin Milk Soup

INGREDIENTS

500 g pumpkin
1 l. water
1.5 l. whole milk
salt, sugar
butter
For grout:
2 yolks
1 st. flour (or a little more, depending on the size of the yolks)

HOW TO COOK

Peel pumpkin and cut into cubes.

Put in a saucepan and fill with water.

When the pumpkin is cooked, ceiling it (but not to full porridge, you need to leave small pieces)

Pour in milk, salt a little and bring to a boil.

At this time, make a mash:

Beat the yolks, pour flour and rub it all between your fingers until pieces of dough form.

Pour the mash into the soup and cook, stirring, over medium heat until the dough is ready.

The amount of grout can be varied to your taste. You can make the soup thinner or thicker. Who likes it!

And one more thing: if after the mash there is flour left in the plate, it can also be brewed into the soup.

At the end, add sugar to taste and put a piece of butter.
