Milk Cheese Cream Soup

INGREDIENTS

milk 1 liter
processed cheese type “friendship” – 2 pcs
butter – 50 grams
flour – 2 tbsp. without a slide
ground black pepper
salt
black bread, vegetable oil, garlic for croutons

HOW TO COOK

Let’s boil the milk

In the meantime, melt the butter in a frying pan, fry the flour a little on it, then slowly add warm milk there, stir until a homogeneous slurry.

Then add the melted cheese cut into pieces there, mix, and wait for the cheese to slowly melt. Completely or not, it’s up to you, whether you want to come across small pieces of cheese or that the soup is absolutely homogeneous.

Pour this mixture into milk, boil for literally 5 minutes, salt, pepper, try!

This soup goes very well with croutons: we cut black bread as you like, I have centimeter cubes, fry in vegetable oil, squeeze a little garlic in parallel so that the aroma is very light. Sprinkle the prepared croutons over the soup and enjoy!
