Sweet Semolina Pancakes

You will need:

– semolina 1 tbsp.
– cow’s milk 1.5 tbsp.
– chicken eggs 2 pcs.
– sugar 2 tbsp.
– salt to taste
– butter 1 tbsp.
– sour cream to taste

How to cook:

1. First of all, pour semolina into boiling milk with salt, sugar (1 tablespoon) and butter and cook a thick, viscous porridge.
2. While the porridge is cooling, separate the yolks from the proteins. Whisk the egg whites into a stiff foam.
Beat the yolks with sugar (1 tbsp) until they are bright and increase in volume.
3. In the porridge that has cooled to a warm state, add the yolks whipped with sugar, stir. Gently fold in egg whites in two batches.
4. Dip a tablespoon in cold water, collect a little dough and form round cakes. Fry on both sides in melted butter until golden brown.
Serve with sour cream.
