“Grandmother’s pancakes”

You can cook simple pancakes in milk quite quickly. If they are decorated with jam, condensed milk or served with sour cream, the family will be delighted with such a breakfast.
Milk pancake dough does not contain many ingredients, so you can start cooking instantly by opening your refrigerator. So let’s see what we need.
Dough for pancakes in milk: ingredients
Ingredients:

warm milk – 200 ml;
wheat flour – about 2 cups;
chicken egg – 1-2 pcs.;
salt – a pinch;
sugar – 1-3 tbsp. l.;

Cooking steps:

Take a frying pan, add oil to it and heat it up. Reduce the heat and spread the pancakes evenly with indents from each other with a tablespoon. Fry them on both sides.
