Diet Pancakes Protein Paradise

The eternal problem of people who are passionate about healthy eating is “What is new tasty to cook, eat and not get better after that? “. Today we will please all the sweet tooth and pancake lovers, because today we have them on the menu! Cooking time – 15 minutes
Ingredients: For protein pancakes we need: 200g fat-free cottage cheese, 2 eggs, 2 tbsp. tablespoons of oat bran (you can use any other), 10 tablets of a sweetener (better than natural, such as FitParat or Stevia), but since I have run out of natural, I take the usual artificial sweetener bought at the Pharmacy, and a little kefir or bifidok so that the mass is thicklike pancakes. We put all the ingredients in turn in a bowl and beat in a blender, or manually with a fork. If the sweetener is in tablets, we turn it into powder and also add it to our dough. We get a slightly thick mass. Then we heat a Teflon pan and pour a little dough with a spoon to form pancakes. Fry until they are browned on the bottom, lift with a spatula and look. In general, they are fried for no more than 1, 5-2 minutes on one side, then turn over to the other side and fry for literally another 20 seconds. Put everything on your favorite plate, pour tea and enjoy dessert! There are a lot of pancakes, so you can share a meal with your loved one. These pancakes can be eaten even for dinner and you will not get better from them! Enjoy your meal!
