Healthy low-calorie snacks

FRUIT SNACKS:
1/2 medium baked apple stuffed with 1 tbsp. fat-free yogurt. You can sprinkle with a pinch of cinnamon,

1/2 frozen small banana
12 cherries (48 calories) 1/2 cup strawberries + 2 tbsp. fat free yogurt,
14 red grapes,
1/2 small grapefruit
1/3 cup blueberries + 1 tbsp. low fat sour cream
1/2 cup carrots + 1 tbsp. low fat sour cream
VEGETABLE SNACKS:
1 serving of miso soup
light salad of 1 medium cucumber + 1/4 cup sweet onion + 1/2 cup chopped celery. May be seasoned with apple or grape vinegar and salt to taste,
250 ml vegetable juice
1 celery stalk + tbsp. feta cheese,
8 cherry tomatoes + 1 tbsp. light cream cheese,
DRIED FRUITS:
1 tbsp raisins,
1 handful of almonds
3 dried apricots,
DAIRY SNACKS:
a glass of kefir
1/2 cup fat-free yogurt + 1 tsp. strawberry jam without sugar
1 slice low fat cheese
PROTEIN SNACKS:
2 slices white turkey meat wrapped in 2 lettuce leaves
50 gr. smoked salmon with bread,
50 grams of tuna + 1 tsp. dijon mustard,
2 boiled egg whites + 1 cucumber.
1/3 chicken breast + medium sized tomato
