And I baked it. Great taste for such a low calorie baking (somewhat similar to charlotte). I didn’t put butter, I saved calories.
I advise everyone: a full-fledged pie in 138kcal!!!

1.5 kg of juicy sweet-sour apples (pure pulp 1 kg)
1 cup flour
1 cup semolina
0.5 cup sugar (next time I’ll put less, it’s very sweet for me)
1 tsp soda
a jar of baby puree 100g (I have strawberries)

Cooking
1. Thoroughly mix all dry ingredients
2. Peel and grate apples on a coarse grater
3. Cover the form (25 cm) with parchment paper, grease with oil.
4. Pour a layer of dry mixture, then spread a layer of apples up to 1 cm thick, a layer of dry mixture to cover the apples and so on (I got 4 apple layers).

5. Finish with dry mixture. Pour the baby puree evenly over it.

6. Bake at a temperature of 220 degrees for 1 hour, then leave in the oven to cool for 8 hours (therefore, it is convenient to bake in the evening)
