Pizza with minced chicken and champignons

Pizza delivery will always help out if you want to taste pizza for every taste, but making it yourself is always a little creative process that is fun and, moreover, allows you to experiment with toppings!

I want to offer another option for making pizza, this time with minced chicken and pickled champignons, which can be easily made at home. I made a yeast-free pizza dough on kefir, which takes a few minutes to cook.

Ingredients:

For test:

Kefir 1 glass
Egg 2 pcs.
Flour ~ 500 g
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp.
Salt 0.5 tsp
Soda 1 tsp or baking powder 2 tsp
For filling:

Minced chicken 150 g
Pickled champignons 150 g
Onion 1 pc.
Hard cheese 150 g
Dijon mustard 2 tbsp
Ketchup or tomato sauce 2 tbsp.
Salt
Pepper
Cooking dough for pizza on kefir:

1. Beat eggs with salt and mix with kefir at room temperature, add the required amount of vegetable oil.

2. Sift the flour and, gradually mixing into the mixture with soda, knead an elastic soft dough that does not stick to your hands. Let it stand for 20 minutes and “rest”, after which you can roll it out. If during the rolling process the dough sticks to the rolling pin, you can grease it with vegetable oil.

3. Put the rolled dough on a baking sheet greased with vegetable oil and immediately lay out the filling so that it does not have time to wind.

Pizza preparation:

1. Chop onion in a blender or finely chop and combine with minced chicken, add salt and pepper.

2. Brush the surface of the dough with ketchup and Dijon mustard.

3. Post marinated champignons.

4. Evenly distribute minced chicken.

5. Sprinkle with grated cheese and put in the oven, preheated to 180 ° C, for 20-25 minutes.

If desired, olives, bell peppers, herbs and other ingredients can be added to the pizza!
