Pizza with brisket

Pizza is always delicious, varied and fast. Yes, the dough takes some time to cook, and if the guests are already on the doorstep, you can always order a pizza in a pizzeria, but if there is nowhere to hurry, then you can always prepare it in advance! The ability to experiment with toppings makes this dish unique every time.

The indicated amount of ingredients is enough for 2 medium-sized pizzas.

Dough Ingredients:

flour 500 g
water 1 stack.
fresh yeast 30 g
olive oil 3 tbsp
salt 10 g
sugar 1 tsp
Filling Ingredients:

Tomato sauce 3 tbsp
Tomato 2 pcs.
Bulgarian pepper 1 pc.
Hot pepper pod (optional)
Beef brisket (or bacon) 250 g
Hard cheese 250 g
Oregano 1 tsp
Breast Pizza Recipe:

1. Knead the dough. In 0.5 cups of warm water, dissolve the yeast along with sugar.

2. Pour the flour into a separate deep bowl, make a hole in the middle and pour the dissolved yeast into it.

3. In a separate 0.5 glass of warm water, dilute 10 g of salt, add 3 tbsp. olive oil and add to flour again.

4. Knead the dough well, cover with a towel and put in a warm place for 1-1.5 hours to rise.

5. Prepare the filling: cut the tomatoes into circles or slices, cut the bell and hot peppers into strips, cut the brisket into thin slices, grate the cheese.

6. When the dough has come up, it is necessary to roll it out thinly, grease with tomato sauce and lay out the filling in the following sequence: tomatoes, peppers, brisket and sprinkle with grated cheese.

7. Send to a preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes at 180°C.
