Pizza with Minced Meat and Sausage

Today I want to share a recipe for delicious pizza, which is easy to prepare and always eaten with a bang. The dough is thin, and the filling is very juicy. This pizza is good for breakfast or as a snack on the road, instead of sandwiches.

Dough Ingredients:

Water (warm) 1 cup
Yeast 1 tbsp
Salt 0.5 tsp
Sugar 2-3 tbsp.
Filling Ingredients:

Ketchup or tomato sauce 3 tbsp.
Mayonnaise 3 tbsp
Tomatoes 1-2 pcs.
Sausage boiled or smoked 150 g
Minced meat (chicken or pork, pork and beef) 150 g
Bulgarian pepper 1 pc.
Onion 1 pc.
Champignons – optional
Hard cheese 300 g
Greens (parsley, dill)
Recipe for pizza with sausage and minced meat:

1. First, prepare the yeast pizza dough. It is better to sift the flour beforehand. In warm water (the water should be slightly warmer than room temperature), dissolve the yeast with sugar, add a little flour, mix well and cover with a towel. Leave this dough in a warm place for 30 minutes. Then add the rest of the flour and knead the dough, cover again and leave for a while so that the dough comes up.

2. Prepare the pizza topping. Cut the sausage into cubes or strips, tomatoes – into semicircles or circles. Cut the rest of the vegetables – peppers and onions. Add salt and ground black pepper to the minced meat. Grate cheese. If desired, you can also add raw or fried mushrooms, as well as spicy herbs to the filling (I add a mixture of peppers and a mixture of dried herbs “Provencal herbs”, sometimes a mixture of cumin and cardamom). Herbs can be added both to minced meat and sprinkled on top of the filling.

3. Put baking paper or foil on the sheet, grease it with vegetable oil. Put the dough on paper, let it stand for 5-8 minutes to come up and gently spread it with your hands over the surface of the sheet. Turn on the oven to warm up. Meanwhile, grease the dough with ketchup and mayonnaise and lay out the filling in the following sequence: chopped tomatoes, sausage and minced meat, bell peppers and onions, champignons. Sprinkle cheese on top, but it is better to do this 5-10 minutes before the end of pizza cooking so that the cheese does not burn. Put the pizza in an oven preheated to 180-200 degrees and bake for 15-25 minutes, depending on the power of the oven and the selected mode. It is very convenient if your oven has a “Pizza” or “Baking” mode. Don’t forget in 5-10 minutes Sprinkle pizza with grated cheese. At the end of cooking, garnish with parsley or dill.
