Pizza Neapolitan

My favorite delicious pizza recipe that I want to share! Pizza is eaten very quickly :)

Neapolitan pizza dough:

250 g flour
2 tbsp. l. olive oil
0.5 st. warm milk
1-1.5 st. l. dry yeast
Salt
½ ч. l. Sahara
Neapolitan pizza toppings:

Mozzarella cheese – 200 g
Tomatoes 1-2 pcs.

Bulgarian pepper 1 pc.
Salami – 150 g
Shinka – 150 g
First, prepare the dough: heat the milk slightly and add a little flour and yeast, stir and dissolve the yeast, then add salt and sugar. Add vegetable oil and stir in the rest of the flour. Cover and let rise in a warm place for about 45 minutes – 1 hour.

While the dough is coming up, prepare the filling: cut the cheese into slices, also cut the sausage and shank thinly, cut the tomatoes and bell peppers into half rings or rings.

The dough has come up – put it on a baking sheet and spread it with your hands. Lubricate the dough with tomato paste or ketchup. Lay out the filling in the following order: tomatoes, salami and shank, pepper and mozzarella pieces on top.
We put the pizza in the oven preheated to 180 ° C and bake until cooked through for about 20 minutes.
