Chicken BBQ Marinade

Ingredients (for 6 chicken breasts):
Soy sauce – 1/3 cup
Vegetable oil – 3 tbsp.
Sherry – 3 tablespoons
Chopped onion – ½ cup
Chopped garlic – 2 cloves
Chopped ginger – 2 tsp
Sugar (brown) – 3 tbsp.

The meat is marinated for 3 hours.
