Diet cottage cheese with orange

This gentle, airy and low-calorie dessert will create an atmosphere of comfort in your home even on a gloomy autumn day!

Ingredients:

• Fat-free cottage cheese 0.5 kg
• Chicken eggs 3 pcs.
• Orange 1 pc.
• Natural yogurt 1 glass
• Vanillin on the tip of a knife, stevia
• Potato starch 2 tbsp. l.

Cooking:

1. Curd dough is extremely simple. Cottage cheese is ground with vanilla and stevia into a homogeneous mass (you can use a mixer, blender or just a good old whisk). The peel is removed from the washed and dried orange (with a fine grater).
Add orange peel, potato starch, raw eggs and yogurt to the curd mass. Beat with a mixer into a homogeneous mass.
2. We spread the curd-orange base of the pie, spread it over the surface and send it to the hot oven.
Bake the cottage cheese at 180 degrees in a closed oven for about 50 minutes. If it seems that the cake is not baked in the middle, it’s okay. Let it cool down and it will grab better, harden, so to speak. Never cut it hot!
3. As soon as the cottage cheese has cooled well, you can decorate its surface with orange slices, natural yogurt, dried fruits and serve with tea.
