Diet Rolls

Lavash thin (tandoor), 1 sheet
– Cottage cheese soft, 500g
– Garlic, 3-4 cloves
– Parsley, bunch
– Dill, bunch
– Salt, to taste
– Lettuce leaves, 4-8 pieces
– Carrots, 1 pc
– Cabbage, 4-8 sheets
– Bulgarian pepper, 1 pc.
– Cucumbers, medium size 2 pcs
– Carrots, cabbage, peppers and cucumber thinly (!) Cut into cubes or strips
– Finely chop the greens (you can use a blender)
– Finely chop the garlic or pass through a press
– Mix cottage cheese, garlic and greens well until smooth
– Taste and salt to taste
– Lavash carefully cut into even 4 parts (in half and each half again in half =) )
– Lubricate 2/3 of a piece of pita bread with cottage cheese and herbs, lay a lettuce leaf, put the vegetables and roll them into a roll so that the “tail” that is not smeared wraps the roll last
