Curd Pudding

To prepare the pudding, you will need the following ingredients:
Fat cottage cheese – 0.5 kg,
Chicken egg – 5 pcs.,
Potato starch – 2 tablespoons,
Sour cream – 100 g,
Vanillin – 1 sachet.
Sugar – 1 cup
How to cook pudding in a slow cooker
Separate the whites from the yolks.
We put the proteins in the refrigerator, and add starch, cottage cheese and vanillin to the yolks. Blend everything well in a blender until smooth.
We take out the proteins and with the help of a mixer we make a protein foam. Very thick. Then add sugar and continue to stir for five minutes.
We combine the protein foam and the curd mass, gently mixing. You can not hard crush proteins, otherwise the pudding will not turn out airy.
Lubricate the baking dish with butter, carefully shift the dough.
If we cook the pudding in the oven, then bake for 50 minutes. at 180 degrees.
If we cook in a slow cooker, then set the baking mode and cook for 65 minutes.
In any case, do not open the lids while cooking is in progress.
And after the baking time has elapsed, let the pudding cool and rest in the oven / slow cooker.
