Buckwheat pancakes

Buckwheat pancakes occupy a worthy place in the Maslenitsa menu. Pancakes are fragrant, tasty and healthy. They are especially delicious with sour cream. I am sure that such buckwheat pancakes will decorate the morning for your family.

Ingredients :
buckwheat flour – 100 gr.;
wheat flour – 50 gr.;
starch – 15 gr.;
chicken egg – 2 pcs. ;
kefir – 300 ml;
boiling water – 150 ml;
sugar – 2 tbsp. spoons;
сода – 0,5 ч. spoons;
butter – 20 gr.;
vegetable oil – 3 tbsp. spoons;
salt – 0.5 tsp.
Cooking:
All foods must be at room temperature. Mix wheat flour with baking soda. In total, all flour and starch is a full glass of 250 ml. If you don’t have a scale, you can put 2 tbsp. spoons with a hill of wheat flour, one tablespoon of starch and add a glass to full of buckwheat flour.
Beat the eggs with a fork with sugar and salt, add the sifted buckwheat flour, wheat flour and starch (you can use potato or corn). Add kefir and stir.
Then add 150 ml to the dough. boiling water. Mix. Add melted butter and vegetable oil. Mix and leave the dough for 20 minutes. If the dough seems thick, it can be diluted with warm water, if the dough seems very liquid, you can add a spoonful of buckwheat flour or starch.
Fry the pancake in a well-heated pan until holes appear.
Then turn the pancake over and fry on the other side until lightly browned. These ingredients will make about 20 pancakes with a diameter of 16 centimeters.
Pancakes are delicious both warm and cold. With sour cream, these pancakes are just great.
