Spring soup

Boil the broth. 1 hour before the holiday, put 12 young potatoes, 6-8 pcs. carrots, 1 turnip (radish), sliced ​​​​asparagus (3-4 pieces), a handful of bean pods, 1 spoon of green peas, a head of cauliflower – boil all this in salted water and put it on a sieve. Then transfer to a saucepan, pour in the broth and cook until tender. Throw in potatoes and cauliflower last, cook for 15 minutes. Pour broth with vegetables into a soup bowl, add greens: parsley and dill.
