Sauerkraut soup

3 cups sauerkraut, vegetable broth, 1 tablespoon oil, 1 onion, 2 tablespoons flour, 1/2 cup sour cream

Boil the broth, fry 3 cups (500-600 g) of sauerkraut with 1 tablespoon of oil and 1 onion and 2 tablespoons of flour, pour in the broth. Pour 1/2 cup of sour cream into it, boil. Serve fried buckwheat porridge, pies with cabbage soup.
