But can all women withstand a long “sitting” on a diet: cleanse the body and lose weight?

That is why the main “weapon” in the fight against the stomach is physical activity. Of course, nutrition plays an important role and you should not forget about it. But you should not engage in starvation, just adjust the diet by including more vegetables and fruits, and reducing the content of flour and sweets. And reasonable physical activity will help you forget about your stomach once and for all.

Abdominal Exercises
The main exercises that can bring your stomach back to normal are exercises for the development of abdominal muscles. Thanks to these exercises, blood circulation in the abdomen improves. A set of exercises
1. I.p. – lying on your back, legs bent at the knees, socks raised above the floor (that is, the legs rest on the heels, in this position there is no load on the muscles of the legs), hands behind the head. While exhaling, lift the upper part of the body so that the shoulder blades come off the floor. On inspiration, we return to the starting position.

2. I.p. – lying on your back, hands behind your head, legs bent at the knees. On exhalation, with the elbow of the right hand, we reach for the left knee, on exhalation, we take the starting position. We repeat the same on the other side. This exercise works well on the oblique abdominal muscles.

These exercises will have a more pronounced effect if you complete each rise of the body with a fixation for a few seconds. And be sure to follow the correctness and depth of breathing. After all, blood oxygen saturation is exactly the factor that contributes to real results. Remember to inhale through your nose and exhale through your mouth. So, as we can see, the exercises are not at all difficult and will not require serious skills and abilities from you, but the result will certainly please you. A little trick: you can always do gymnastics for the abdomen, invisible to the environment. To do this, on the exhale, squeeze, and on the inhale, unclench the abdominal muscles. And do not forget that for a beautiful posture and a flat stomach, it is very important to always keep your back straight.
