Cleansing the body of toxins and substances

Ways to get rid of bad substances
Try to resort to unloading, cleansing diets using cleansing enemas (it is advisable to start doing all this after consulting with an experienced specialist and under his supervision), improve your diet, start eating fractionally (eating 4-5 times a day, but at the same time reducing its total amount by a third or a quarter of the usual daily volume). And you can also recommend 2 times a year (no more!) To carry out one of the following options for cleansing the body.

Toxin cleansing with honey
It is not bad to drink a drink daily, prepared as follows: a tablespoon of honey (without top) is diluted in 200 ml of warm water, then 2 drops of lemon juice are added. This delicious drink should be drunk in one gulp in the morning on an empty stomach and an hour before dinner, after which it is advisable to do gymnastics, or actively move, or just take a walk, so that honey is not immediately absorbed into the bloodstream, but passes into the intestines, not processed by gastric juice.

Oatmeal detox
200 g of oats (not oatmeal!) You need to pour 2 liters of water and put on fire. After boiling, cook for 40 minutes, stirring constantly. Then strain and then take 0.5 cup 4-5 times a day for several days. This decoction not only promotes the release of the body from ordinary toxins, but also removes salts of heavy metals. In addition, it has a positive effect on work gastrointestinal tract, as well as renal and cardiac activity. And it is especially indicated for heavy smokers, as it removes nicotine from the body.

Bay leaf cleansing
Pour 5 g of well-chopped bay leaves with 300 ml of boiling water, then boil it all for 10 minutes on low heat, then insist in a thermos (it is better to wrap it up) for 4 hours. It is believed that you need to take as many spoons of rice as you are. After washing this rice, pour it with cold boiled water and, tightly closing the lid on the appropriate dishes, put it in the refrigerator. In the morning, the water must be drained, then, taking 1 tablespoon (with top) of rice, cook it without salt for 3-4 minutes. Porridge prepared in this way should be eaten on an empty stomach until half past eight in the morning. The remaining rice should be poured with boiled water again and put in the refrigerator. And in the following days, do the same procedure until all the rice is finished.

Linen cleansing
This is perhaps one of the most important cleansing methods, since flax seeds help to remove not only harmful chemical compounds, toxins, but also radionuclides from the body. It is necessary to pour 12 teaspoons of flax seeds with a liter of boiled water, then boil it all for 10 minutes over low heat, then, letting it stand and cool, drink the resulting broth in a warm form 6 times a day, 150 ml from 12 noon to 12 noon night. The course of such cleansing should last at least 3 weeks.
