Here, do not rely on any aromatherapy - in the morning, quickly make an appointment with a doctor, he will prescribe the right treatment.
And another thing is if you have insomnia due to the fact that you cannot relax and tune in to a good, healthy sleep. So, if you have ordinary insomnia that manifests itself in the inability to fall asleep during the night, despite endless attempts to count elephants or sheep, and in spontaneous awakenings in the middle of the night, resort to aromatherapy. We strongly recommend it in this case. Inhaling the aroma of algae, you will be mentally transported to the coast and hear the sound of waves soothing your nerves. Specially, in case of ordinary insomnia, save a sachet - a nice little bag made of "breathable" fabric. Fill it with dry crushed seaweed and tie it off.
