Of course, I clearly understand that one cannot be everything to everyone. This will never work out. There will definitely be dissatisfied people who will not like my method. And they will find it too burdensome. But this applies to any technique. It is impossible to make one technique for all, and take into account all interests. In this case, we will become like the theologians of the modern United States, who have recently begun to switch to a new, “politically correct” translation of the Bible, from which, for example, mention that Christ was crucified by the Jews. He was, they say, crucified, but by whom and why - it does not matter. This is done in order to eliminate "anti-Semitism" from the Gospel. In order not to offend feminists, the concept of God the father has been changed (he is now God the father-mother), so that the whole essence of the Trinity collapses. From the outside it all looks stupid.

Such attempts to be “everything to everyone” will not only do no good to anyone, but will also spoil relations with those who are ready to accept and follow the ideas set forth in this book. Therefore, I will not call on anyone to take care of themselves - those who want to be a frog and swim in a hot pot - let them be. In the end, it's their choice.

Water is absorbed, but the "dirt" remains, filtering on the inner surface of the walls of the large intestine.

There are a lot of ways to cleanse the intestines, I will list them in descending order of effectiveness: hydrocolonotherapy, enemas, “shat kriyas” - yoga cleansing procedures, cakes, herbal infusions, infusion of flaxseed in oil. I want in this book to analyze all these procedures and show their advantages and disadvantages. There are, of course, other ways to cleanse the intestines, but they were not included in the book, as they are either a continuation of the above, or their effectiveness is in doubt.
