But there are people whose books distract from the daily hustle and bustle and allow you to take a deeper look at yourself. Chapter 1. The essence of the technique.
My dear readers and readers!

I understand that so many of you who picked up this book have lost all faith in the possibility of losing weight. You have tried all possible diets “from the stars”, you have tried to endure painful vacuum massages, spent big money on miracle body wraps and muscle stimulants, you even drank a few packs of Xenical and several jars of American “fat burners”.

But… All this did not give any effect.

To some of you, your husband says to your face that you look terrible, some of you have problems at work - you are embarrassed to communicate with people once again, some of you have problems with clothes - there are no such large sizes in stores, but the worst problems are it's self problems. You stopped loving yourself, you began to be afraid of mirrors, you try not to look at the shop windows, so as not to accidentally see your reflection there.

Something inside you still says that you must not give up, that there must be some means, some way out of this terrible and abnormal state. Therefore, you rush to any new tool that says "for weight loss", grasping for it like a straw. And once again you find yourself with a broken trough, having spent a lot of money, you again received nothing in return. No tangible result. And you are ready for anything, if only the melancholy and despair that rolls up to the throat does not break out. If only to get rid of this hated fat, hated cellulite, if only not to see these hated folds on the stomach.

I'll tell you right away - there is a tool. The tool is very effective. I briefly talked about this tool in my first book, From Fat Men to Schwarzeneggers, which was devoted to weight management issues - losing weight and building muscle mass.

I didn't invent this tool. It has long been known to athletes and this is how they drive weight, moving from one weight category to another.

Briefly tell about myself.

At the time of this writing, I am 33 years old. I have two higher educations - technical and economic. A few years ago, he defended his Ph.D. thesis on space navigation. I am writing this so that you understand that I am used to not taking anything for granted, but to verify it in practice. Everything you see in this book has been tried and tested confirmed by practice.

For 20 years my life has been closely connected with sports. At first I was engaged in wrestling, then I became interested in the barbell. He became a master of sports in powerlifting (power triathlon), was repeatedly a prize-winner and champion of the region in this sport, worked as a fitness and power triathlon coach in various gyms. I have categories in wrestling (freestyle, classical, judo) and chess.

For 20 years in sports, I saw many examples of gaining and cutting weight and realized, or rather I saw with my own eyes, that you can do anything with your body. Any experienced athlete can easily manage their weight. For example, my powerlifting coach, when he started playing sports with a height of 175 cm, weighed 70 kg. For several years he performed in this weight category, then he decided to gain weight and move to heavyweight. For a year, he increased his weight to 135 kg and began to compete in this heavyweight division. After two years of performances, when the disadvantages of heavy weight became too obvious and no sports considerations could outweigh them, he drove the weight to 82 kg in six months and has been holding this weight for about 6-7 years.

Do you understand? Experienced athletes easily jump through 30-50kg in any direction at will or on the instructions of the coach. There is nothing so special and fantastic in this. In sports, this is considered normal and completely normal. You, too, could hear more than once on TV how some figure skater gained 20 kg of excess weight as a result of childbirth or injury, and then, on the instructions of the coach, in preparation for the competition, dropped them in 2 months. And so you can talk about any sport - wrestlers, boxers, jockeys, swimmers, figure skaters, etc. They all know how to lose weight with absolutely no effort. It's just that nothing is known about these techniques among most ordinary people who are never fond of sports.

For a long time I did not attach importance to this knowledge of my knowledge about the rules of weight loss, but one day my friend and I decided to rent a gym and began to run a fitness section for men and women. To my surprise, the vast majority of gym clients were women who wanted to lose weight. This is where everything that sports taught me came in handy. The results were impressive. Women lost 10 kg in one month and never gained them again. To lose weight by 2-3 sizes was considered the norm. And no saggy skin and that such imaginary problems.

It was during this period that I first sat down at the computer and tried to write - I wrote advertising articles in the local newspaper. I liked to write, my friends liked to read. You can say this - helping others, I found myself.

And it was during this period that I first realized how deep the problem of losing weight is and how seriously all this affects the fate of women.

Indeed, if a woman loves with her ears, then a man loves with his eyes, so the sight of plump wives ruined many family relationships. I saw that due to fullness, families are collapsing, careers are collapsing, self-esteem is collapsing.

But all these issues with their weight, athletes can easily solve with the help of simple rules. After all, for them it is actually very simple - to lose weight.

This does not require any special diets, no special exercises, long hours of jogging and exhausting hunger strikes.

What is this methodology?

If you talk to a person who has really lost weight and no longer has problems with being overweight, it turns out that he did only three things:

a) cleansed the colon

b) cleansed the liver,

c) pickled parasites.

If we add here what is included in the concept of a healthy lifestyle, that is, daily physical activity for at least 15 minutes a day, vegetarian food and a bath once a week, then the effect will be simply stunning.

After 2-3 weeks, people around you will be interested in how you managed to lose weight so quickly, and after a couple of months, your friends will beg you to tell them your secret. And those who have not seen you all this time will whisper among themselves that, most likely, you decided on liposuction, because in order to lose weight so much in such a short time, it will seem very unbelievable to them.

Meanwhile, there is nothing of the sort. A simple sequence of three actions against the backdrop of a healthy lifestyle. And nothing more.

Everyone can do it. And it will help everyone. It's not that hard, thousands of people have already gone through it. And the trick is
