Tangerine Diet

During the diet, you will have to eat more than a kilogram of tangerines daily, so if you do not like the taste of tangerines or are allergic to them, the tangerine diet is contraindicated for you.

Menu for weight loss with tangerines
Breakfast: tangerine juice, 2 eggs, 1 whole tangerine.
Lunch: boiled chicken breast, 5 tangerines.
Snack: 3 tangerines, a glass of tangerine juice.
