3 day raspberry diet
For 3 days we stock up 2 kg of raspberries. During the day we drink at least two liters of pure water. For the 1st breakfast, we drink a glass of fermented milk product (kefir, fermented baked milk, natural yogurt) and eat 100 g of raspberries. For the 2nd breakfast – raspberry milk jelly or 200 g of raspberries with honey or nuts.

For lunch, we eat a piece of boiled chicken, veal or fish with fresh vegetables or raspberry sauce. For dinner, bake vegetables or fruits. You can eat 200 g of raspberries with nuts. During the diet, fried and smoked foods, bread are excluded.

For 3 days of the diet, you can lose about 3 kg of excess weight. Raspberry diet will increase resistance to colds and viral diseases.
