Summer diet diet

A light summer diet lasts only 7 days, while helping to lose a couple of extra pounds. As the name implies, the diet is used mainly in the summer, since all kinds of vegetables and fruits are available at this time.
Summer
You can repeat the diet after a few weeks. Before starting, decide which vegetables and fruits you like the most – they will be the main food for any meal. The diet is easily tolerated and it is much easier to get off of it than from heavy low-calorie diets.

Summer diet menu
Monday
On this day, you can eat any vegetables. And in any quantity – at least a few kilograms per day. Also make sure you drink enough fluids. Mineral water without gas or green tea can act as a liquid.

Tuesday
Since Monday was vegetable, Tuesday will be fruit. Choose any fruit of your choice and consume it throughout the day, divided into several meals. The main part should be eaten at lunch. If you feel hungry in the late afternoon, drink a glass of kefir or low-fat yogurt.

Wednesday
This day must be made “berry”. All day it is recommended to eat only berries, for example, strawberries, gooseberries, melons, watermelons. The number of berries is unlimited. As a liquid, you can drink green tea, boiled or mineral water.

Thursday
On Thursday, it is recommended to lean on sour-milk products. For example, for kefir, yogurt or fermented baked milk. Of course, all of them should be low fat. Drink in small sips in unlimited quantities. You can diversify the menu with a pack of low-fat cottage cheese without sour cream. For dinner, kefir is best.

Friday
Again, only vegetables should be consumed throughout the day. You can also eat boiled potatoes. Drink mineral water without gas.

Saturday
Get back to the berries. Don’t forget to drink plenty of water. Before going to bed – a glass of kefir.

Sunday
The most difficult “unloading” day of the diet. On this day, the summer diet allows you to drink only fruit juice: apple, orange, multi-fruit, grape, pineapple.
