Who should not be on this diet

Using the method of Dr. Bormental is not recommended for persons under 18 and over 60 years of age. It is also contraindicated for people with heavy physical work, if you have some chronic diseases.

It is also worth abandoning such a nutrition system for those who have impaired metabolism, pregnant and lactating mothers and mentally unstable individuals.
