Sixth and seventh day: in addition to soup, you can eat any of the above diet. It is allowed to eat berries or seafood.
After the end of the diet, do not forget to weigh yourself and do not rush to run to the refrigerator, sweep off the shelves what you have not eaten this week. You already know that to save the result, you need to get out of the diet correctly.
