Mixed Diet for Weight Loss After Childbirth

Therefore, special diets for weight loss are not allowed for newly-made mothers. However, no one has yet canceled proper nutrition and daily routine, and from the first days it is worth remembering that:
You need to eat a little bit, but 4-6 times a day. It is not recommended to sit down at the dinner table after 7. The only exception may be milk or fruit.
You should drink plenty of fluids.
Physical exercise is a huge plus in your daily routine. Just do not overdo it – to the extent of muscle tightening exercises and regular walking – walks in the fresh air.
Sleep and rest as well as possible now contributes not only to the general tone, but also to weight loss.
There is another option for separate meals – do not combine fats and proteins, carbohydrates and protein foods.

Every day in your diet should be:

Not less than 12 liters of curdled milk, milk or kefir.
Cottage cheese and curd products eat from 50 to 100 g per day
200 g of meat.
Up to 800 g of vegetables.
Eggs and butter about 50 g.
Of course, fruits – 300 – 500 g.
Bread – 400 g.
Vegetable oil up to 30 g.
But after three months, it will gradually be possible to introduce some diets into your diet. Again, when breastfeeding, it is best to consult your doctor beforehand.

Such a diet is useful for everyone – it radically changes your metabolism for the better. At the same time, colossal weight loss is not promised – up to 7 kg in 20 days. The essence of this diet is that you alternate vegetables, fruits with protein foods by day.
· And in order to better tune in to the upcoming changes – the first 2 days should be hungry. It is allowed to eat only a couple of slices of bread with a liter of milk and a glass of tomato juice.
The next two days are recommended to start with one piece of black bread, half a teaspoon of sunflower oil and coffee with milk.
· For dinner, prepare a plate of broth – meat or fish, a piece of meat or fish boiled in it, a tablespoon of peas and a slice of black bread.
· Between lunch and dinner, allow yourself a glass of milk or tea with honey.
· And in the evening – no later than 7 you can choose between two boiled eggs, 50 grams of cheese, two slices of ham or a piece of boiled meat – fish.
· For the next two days, eat a couple of apples or oranges for breakfast.
· For lunch, it is recommended to cook something vegetable – vegetable salad, or vegetable soup. Stewed vegetables – stew without potatoes, or vegetable cutlets. Too little huh? You can take a piece of black bread again.
In the afternoon we are supported by fruits.
· For dinner, the remaining vinaigrette with a slice of bread and tea with honey.
Such a diet completely excludes low-alcohol drinks and any alcohol from your diet. You can drink as much water as you like and, by the way, the more water a day, the smaller the number on the scales!
If you are drawn into such a simple diet, then after 20 days, including the first 2 “hungry”, you need to take a break for about two months. And then you can repeat the mixed method of losing weight as much as you like. By the summer you will become a slimmer with a healthy complexion and the absence of acne!
Do not forget, however, that your baby loves you not for the beauty of your appearance, but for kindness and affection. You should not go crazy about the figure – the nerves have not decorated anyone yet. So a friend in all your endeavors and diets as well is a good mood and an optimistic attitude!
