To lose weight and be healthy

At three o’clock in the afternoon you need to eat a little celery or a sprig of dill and drink a glass of water.

At 17.30 it is permissible to taste a sweetened compote made from apples.

At 18.30 You can eat a low-calorie soup from light vegetables (no more than 40 calories)

Well, for dinner, eat any number of different vegetables, no more than 200 gr. chicken (can be replaced with fish or 130 gr. beef) Supplement dinner with 100 gr. carrots and again drink a glass of kefir.

At 19.30 again you need to exercise. To do this, sit on a chair or sofa, straightening your back. Tighten your abdominal muscles and lower and raise your legs.

At 20.00, if you are watching a show on TV, do squats at the time when the commercials are shown.

And, finally, at 22.00, just before going to bed, it is allowed to eat a melon or a pear, washed down with tea.
