For a person weighing 45-55 kg, 0.5-0.7 liters of fresh juice per day is enough, for people weighing from 60 to 80 kg – from 1 to 2 liters of juice per day, for those who weigh from 80 to 100 kg – 1,5-3 liters of juice per day.

Always start with small doses – 50-100 ml of juice before meals 2-3 times a day. Gradually increase the dose. In 1-2 months, you can completely renew the fluid environment of the body and feel real health.

It is important to remember that if you previously ate mostly non-natural foods, then the transition to juices should be done by cleansing the body. You also need to keep in mind that not all juices may suit you, depending on the diseases you have. Patients with diabetes should avoid juices from very sweet fruits. People suffering from peptic ulcer of the stomach and duodenum, gastritis should not drink juices from acidic fruits such as lemon, orange. However, anyone can consume vegetable juices, which, unlike fruits, have no contraindications and are much healthier.
