A diet based on tomato juice will help you lose a few extra pounds and get a shock dose of antioxidants. Weekly tomato diet juice This diet uses a popular trick – replacing one of the meals with a drink or a low-calorie meal in order to reduce the energy content of the diet and reduce weight. A simple exclusion from the diet of fatty and high-calorie foods will also help you lose weight. All week you have to stick to the following diet. Breakfast: 1 glass of tomato juice, 2 crackers or 1 slice of whole grain bread. Second breakfast: apple or orange. Lunch: 100 g of boiled veal, 200 g of tomatoes or cucumbers. The weekly diet is very strict and unbalanced, so it is definitely not worth using it for a longer period than indicated in the recipe. Try to exclude emotional overload at the stage of losing weight, and be sure to observe the “exit” from the diet – at least a month of balanced low-calorie nutrition in the “corridor” of 1200-1500 kcal.
