5 Smoothie Recipes

1. Strawberry + banana

Servings: 2
1/2 banana
4-6 frozen strawberries
1/2 st. low-fat yogurt without additives (cottage cheese)
1/2 or 1 tbsp. orange juice
1 st. l. flaxseeds
In a blender, first mix banana, berries, yogurt and orange juice. Add flaxseeds and stir again. Pour into glasses and serve.

2. Carrot + apricot

Servings: 2
6 apricots (pitted, sliced)
175 g mango, sliced
300 ml carrot juice
2 tbsp. l. honey
Blend all ingredients in a blender to a smoothie consistency and serve immediately.

3. Milk + strawberries + wheat germ

Servings: 2
1 st. low-fat milk (can be almond) or kefir
4 ст.l. low-fat yogurt without additives (cottage cheese)
3-5 strawberries
2 ч.l. wheat germ
2 ч.l. дикого honey
Blend all ingredients in a blender to a smoothie consistency and serve immediately.

1 st. low-fat milk (can be almond) or kefir
4 ст.l. low-fat yogurt without additives (cottage cheese)
3-5 strawberries
2 ч.l. wheat germ
2 ч.l. дикого honey
Blend all ingredients in a blender to a smoothie consistency and serve immediately.

5. Cucumber + pepper + onion

Servings: 2
1 st. tomato juice
½ pepper (hot cayenne or sweet), sliced
100 gr. cucumber, cut
1 ч.l. lemon juice
1 ч.l. green onions (chopped)
1 ч.l. soy sauce, salt and pepper (to taste)
Blend all ingredients in a blender to a smoothie consistency and serve immediately.
