Soy diet for 7 days

Menu for 7 days:
one)
Breakfast: crackers or shortbread cookies – 50 g, soy milk – 1 tbsp.
Lunch: 2 boiled potatoes, soy goulash – 150 g, an apple.
Dinner: vegetable salad, fat-free boiled meat – 150 g, apple juice – 1 glass.

2)
Breakfast: buckwheat 100 gr boiled in soy milk.
Lunch: minced soy cutlet, 2 boiled carrots, 1 orange.
Dinner: same as on day 1.

3)
Breakfast: rice porridge, a glass of soy milk.
Lunch: 150 g tofu, raw carrots with low-fat sour cream – 130 g.
Dinner: fish, salad and apple juice.

four)
Breakfast: same as on day 1.
Lunch: light soup, beet salad, orange.
Dinner: same as on day 1.

5)
Breakfast: cottage cheese or soy cheese, tea without sugar.
Lunch: vegetable salad, 1 soy cutlet.
Dinner: vegetable soup, 50 g soy cheese, apple.

6)
Breakfast: same as on the first day.
Lunch: salad and soy goulash – 150 gr.
Dinner: 100 g of pea porridge and fresh salad.

7)
Breakfast: 100 g of pea porridge, tea without sugar.
Lunch: boiled beans – 150 g, salad.
Dinner: 100 g of boiled meat, 50 g of bean curd, orange or apple.

For 7 days of a soy diet, you can lose weight by 2-3 kg. Due to the presence of phytoestrogens in soy, the diet is recommended only for men.
