Diet to cleanse the body of toxins with rice

The great Russian writer and doctor Anton Pavlovich Chekhov once said – “Everything in a person should be beautiful: face, clothes, soul, and thoughts.” Modern nutritionists, paraphrasing this aphorism, argue that in a healthy body everything should be perfect – weight, digestion, skin condition … However, with the advent of bad eating habits, toxins begin to accumulate at the cellular level, violating the health equation. But the modern rhythm of life, physical inactivity, the habit of snacking on fast food on the run and, of course, the environmental situation lead to the accumulation of ballast and toxic substances in the body – in the liver, gall bladder, intestines, adipose tissue cells, etc. At first, they do not make themselves felt much, but over time, the symptoms of slagging become more and more pronounced. Diet rules for cleansing the body A cleansing diet has several tasks – it must eliminate toxins, activate metabolism and normalize cellular nutrition. From the point of view of a diet for cleansing the body, products are divided into: biogenic (cereals, seeds, fresh juices); bioactive (fermented milk products, raw vegetables, fruits, nuts); biostatic (fish, meat, seafood, vegetables after heat treatment); biocidal (refined products, concentrates, preservatives, dyes). The first two groups of products are of high bioenergetic value for the body and contribute to its purification, and therefore must be included in the main diet, as well as in cleansing diets. Products from the third group do not bring much benefit, but give a feeling of fullness, they should be limited. Products of the fourth group are banned because they provoke the accumulation of toxins. The diet we describe below is a colon cleanse diet. This cleansing diet requires compliance with general rules – you need to drink at least 1.5 liters of water, food is consumed only when you feel hungry, raw vegetables and fruits are preferred, but sour-milk products and seaweed should be included in the daily diet. The cleansing diet requires eating at least five servings of vegetables or fruits. Saturated fats and sugar are limited, products with synthetic ingredients are prohibited. Diet for cleansing the intestines from toxins lasts 10 days. In 1-2 days in the morning you need to drink a glass of clean water with a teaspoon of honey, after squeezing the juice of half a lemon into it. Lunch and dinner these days consist of freshly squeezed vegetable and fruit juices, as well as tea with honey. From days 3 to 8, water with lemon juice is traditionally drunk for breakfast during a bowel cleansing diet. And during the day you need to use fresh juices, products from groups 1 and 2, salads from raw vegetables, fruits, herbal teas in unlimited quantities. Day 9 and 10 of the diet for cleansing and losing weight are prepared for the usual diet. These days, boiled or baked fish or veal, chicken are added to the consumed products. Additionally, baked potatoes, goat or soy cheese, whole grain bread and products from the third group are allowed. Rice diet for body cleansing

This cleansing diet is also called the diet according to Malakhov or in Tibetan. It is an unloading procedure based on unpolished rice. According to the rules of the rice diet, to cleanse the body, it is necessary to rinse 2 tablespoons of raw rice from flour and dust, pour into a clean jar and pour water. The container is covered with gauze and marked with the number 1. The next day, the same portion of rice is prepared with the mark 2, and so on until you have 5 cans of rice. According to the cleansing diet theory, within five days, rice is freed from substances creating slime. On the first day of the diet, rice from jar No. 1 is consumed. You can pour rice with boiling water, insist for 15-25 minutes and eat it, but some people eat it raw. The most gentle option is boiling rice. The main rule of the rice diet for cleansing the body is not to add salt, oil, or sugar. After eating rice for 3 hours, you should not eat and it is undesirable to drink. Then the empty jar is refilled with rice according to the rules. And the next day, rice from jar No. 2 is used. Ideally, the rice diet for cleansing the body should last for a month. In principle, after such a breakfast, you can eat any food. But if you want to consolidate and enhance the result, you should limit the use of products that have undergone industrial processing, as well as abandon flour and fatty foods. Ideal companions of a rice diet for cleansing the body are apples, dried apricots, citrus fruits, raisins, millet porridge, potatoes and other potassium-rich foods, since rice creates a deficiency of this trace element. Also during a cleansing diet, it is recommended to give up alcohol and smoking.
