Regarding the liquid, there is another important recommendation that is valid both for the time of the meat diet and after: you should not “fill in” dense protein dishes with water or tea, take a break of thirty to forty minutes, and preferably an hour. Otherwise, the gastric juice will have an insufficient concentration for the effective digestion of complex amino acids in the composition of meat, which will lead to poor digestion, the release of toxins into the small intestine, heartburn and other unpleasant phenomena. The choice of such a method of losing weight as a meat diet will suit you if: You are not a vegetarian, and even more so not a vegan; you do not have problems with the digestive system, as well as other serious diseases in the stage exacerbations; You are over eighteen years old, since a meat diet during the formation of the endocrine system can lead to disruption of its work; You are not yet sixty, because upon reaching such a mature age, the kidneys may not withstand the intense load.
