The Kremlin diet was also not bad, I lost about 8 kg on it, it is not difficult, but you need to sit on it all your life, then the result will justify itself. After her, I gained the same 8 kg. Well, most of all I was approached by the Dukan diet, on which I am now sitting.

Oh, as for the final goal, I still have a long way to go, at least another 7 kg. The diet is calculated in phases, now I have “Alternation”, this is the main phase of the diet, according to my calculations, I need to be on “Alternation” for about 5 more months.

For me, this diet is not difficult. I deliberately reached my critical weight and now I am happy to lose kilograms. If you follow all the rules, alcohol is not allowed on this diet, but to be honest, sometimes I allow myself to drink a little champagne. As for cooking, I have no problems with that. I am very pleased that my employee also went on a diet, so we are provided with a variety of dishes.
