Meat diet for men

The meat diet exists in several variations. The most popular are the meat diet for men and the meat diet for women. They are very similar and the differences in them are due only to some physiological characteristics of the female and male organisms. In this article we will talk about the meat diet for men.
Meat for men
Meat is an excellent dietary product that promotes weight loss because it contains a lot of protein, little fat (depending on the type of meat) and almost no carbohydrates (in the sirloin). Therefore, it is 100% suitable for a diet. Consider a meat-based diet.

Day 1
Breakfast: turkey fillet and vegetable salad.
Lunch: boiled chicken breast (or beef fillet), 2 tomatoes, an apple, a glass of grapefruit juice.
Dinner: lean pork steak, coleslaw.

Day 2
Breakfast: chop or ham with wholemeal bread, orange juice
Lunch: turkey or rabbit fillet, broccoli salad.
Dinner: boiled chicken breast, 4 cucumbers.

Pros and cons of a meat diet
The diet is the same – either day 1 or day 2 throughout the entire process of losing weight. The diet can be continued up to three weeks. During this time, you can lose up to 6 kg of fat. This is its main advantage. Be sure to drink at least 2.5 liters of water during the diet.

The disadvantage of the diet is its imbalance – it does not contain the main source of energy – carbohydrates. Therefore, during the diet, a short-term decline in strength and reduced performance is possible.

Also, prolonged consumption of large amounts of meat is not very good for the intestines (therefore, vegetables and fruits are added to the diet). For this reason, the re-use of the meat diet is allowed only after 3 months.
