Fruit and Dairy Diet

It is suitable for those who do not have doctors’ contraindications to the use of milk and tolerate it well. The diet menu includes any fruit (except bananas and grapes) in unlimited quantities. In addition, milk is added to each meal and in between meals. In parallel, you can drink clean water, mineral water without gas. During the first day, it is recommended to drink 0.5 liters of milk. Then its amount gradually increases to 2-3 liters. It is advisable to use milk unpasteurized, unboiled and always fresh. It should be drunk in small sips. Option 2. This version of the fruit-and-milk diet is sometimes called the curd-and-fruit diet. In the menu, in addition to fruits, cottage cheese, kefir, yogurt or other fermented milk products are introduced to your taste. The cottage cheese-fruit diet involves 5 meals during the day with an interval of 2-3 hours. sample menu fruit and milk diet for the day: 8.00 – a cup of tea or coffee without added sugar. 10.00 – cottage cheese with a fat content of not more than 5% – 200 gr. 13.00 – 200 gr. fruits (singly or combined). 16.00 – 1-1/2 cups of kefir with a fat content of not more than 3.2%, yogurt without additives or other fermented milk product (300-350 ml) without sugar. 18.00 – 200 gr. fruits. You can supplement the diet with tea or coffee without sugar, mineral water without gas or pure water – without limiting the amount. Traditionally, a fruit and milk diet is observed for 7 days. In some cases, a long period of 3 weeks is acceptable, but then a break must be taken on weekends. During the break, you can eat any food except sweet and fatty, in reasonable quantities. The fruit and milk diet is quite strict, but it has a positive effect on the body and gives a good result. The combination of proteins and carbohydrates with a sufficient amount of fruit fiber allows you not to feel hungry and not change your lifestyle.
