Take enough water in your mouth to puff up your cheeks. Lean forward with your eyes wide open. Grab the tap water with your hands and splash it into your wide-open eyes. Don’t blink. You need to do this until the water in your mouth warms up. Usually it is about 15-20 splashes. The exercise is also done on a pause after exhalation and only once. Then pour out the water from your mouth and massage your eyes.
Water plays a big role in this exercise: it stimulates blood circulation and strengthens the organs of vision, massages the eyeballs, tones the nerve endings and, as a result, improves vision.
