A set of exercises for vascular workouts

Vessel training is a matter of paramount importance, since it is the vessels that are the first to take on any change in the environment. The way we react to pressure drops, to high humidity, to heat – our vessels are responsible for everything. But without them, blood would not be able to flow in our body, transferring beneficial nutrients to our organs. A catastrophe with blood vessels threatens us with heart attacks or strokes, the consequences of which often cannot be cured. Alas, medicine is not omnipotent. Each of us can learn to train vessels, it’s not so difficult. If bending over is difficult, don’t do it. Any exercise should give you only positive emotions.

Exercise 1. Rotating head movements clockwise and back – to improve cerebral blood flow. Runs within five minutes.

Exercise 2. Slow forward bends up to fifteen times – to train the vessels of the brain. Starting position, standing on legs, spread apart shoulder width apart. Hands are clasped into the castle, as if chopping wood.

Exercise 3. Swing your legs to the tips of your fingers, alternately for each leg. With the right foot touch the fingers of the left hand, with the left foot touch the fingers of the right hand. An exercise to coordinate movements and strengthen the vessels of the arms and legs.

Exercise 4. Asynchronous rotational movements of the hands in a standing position. We rotate the right hand forward, as if we are rowing, at the same time we perform rotational movements backward with the left hand. Then vice versa, we row forward with the left hand, with the right hand we perform rotational movements backward. If it is difficult to rotate with both hands at the same time, try doing the exercise alternately for each hand. This is an exercise for coordination of movements and for strengthening the vessels of the hands.

Exercise 5. Lying on your back and stretching your arms along the body, lift your straight legs up, first bending your knees and supporting your lower back with your hands. If you can, stay in this position for five minutes. Then carefully return to the starting position. Exercise improves blood flow.

Exercise 6. Turn on cheerful music for ten minutes, which improves your mood. Jump, spin, dance, just turn to the music, trying to move to the beat for your pleasure. If there is a mirror nearby – build funny faces, smile, make faces – this is training for the vessels of the brain and face. It is very useful for people after forty years, you simply and naturally train not only blood vessels, but also facial muscles.

Perform each exercise 5-10 times, then take a contrast shower.
