Workout. How to Succeed?!

Workout is a street sport based on performing certain exercises for physical and spiritual development. How to achieve a certain result?
There are several criteria that a beginner street worker should know:
1) Physical perfection is a value and a unique opportunity to know oneself and the world around. To neglect this is not an affordable luxury.

2) Like any kind of activity, your workouts, despite their quantity and quality, should not make you feel addicted. Any addiction leads to emotional discomfort and tension. Stay free, despite the importance and usefulness of physical culture.

3) The principle of the transition of quantity into quality has not been canceled. Your results directly depend on your investments! At least in regards to the body, for sure.

4) The more you train, the more energy you need. A varied and balanced diet of vegetable and meat origin is the key to your quick recovery. The use of mineral and vitamin complexes is also an important part of your diet. But let’s all the same here without fanaticism, i.e. if you suddenly missed a meal, or gave up slack to eat fast food or some other nutritional corral, which often annoys your friends when communicating with you, then it just happened, and you don’t need to make a tragedy out of it and a topic for discussion for the whole day.

5) Don’t forget to give your body rest days. Massage, sauna / bath, pool are excellent means of relieving muscle tension, which contributes to faster preparation of muscles for work and improvement of their functionality.

6) In your training, do not try to rush for the leader’s jersey! You don’t have to be the first for others!… Be the first for yourself!

7) A variety of different types of physical activity similar to your main one, another success for your growth and quick results! Interfere with different similar directions, but within the framework of the main discipline you have chosen, your level will begin to increase rapidly!

8) There are a lot of grief theorists and critics around. Ignore them the same way you pass a painting you don’t like in a gallery. Criticism from others is almost always their unconscious envy towards you! Just smile, outwardly or inwardly, and keep doing what you love! Those people and those books that are really worth listening to will behave in such a way that you yourself intuitively feel that it makes sense to pay attention to this source of knowledge.

9) Despite your age, gender, physique, genetics, etc. constantly believe in the unlimited possibilities hidden in every person! If someone tries to inspire you with limited beliefs or ideas – without irritation and with calmness, ignore and pass by such people.

10) Whether you like it or not – without systematic stretching exercises, your physical improvement is 50 percent inferior. Find 20-30 minutes of time every other day to develop flexibility, and soon you will be doing it with pleasure every new day. At first you force yourself, but if you find the courage and patience in yourself, then very soon you will fall in love with this business. And as a bonus, you will begin to feel and understand your body better, which in turn will allow you to use it more effectively.

11) Do not forget to periodically draw motivation for training from different sources: videos, photos, stories, visual achievements of acquaintances and friends in your favorite sport, etc. It is especially useful to search for motivation for those who work hard, want to play their favorite sports, but because of fatigue it is difficult to force themselves to devote at least 40 minutes to training. Additional motivation will help you overcome reluctance and imaginary fatigue. And also remember – excessive motivation can have the opposite effect – therefore, keep an eye on its quantity and quality.

12) Always set a goal, what you want to achieve and understand the meaning of why you are training at all.

13) Always be open to new experiences and knowledge. Do not try to defend your beliefs and your experience gained in different ways in practice with foam at the mouth. Despite the fact that many are ready to devote most of their lives to sports, try not to forget to enjoy the opportunity to do what you love in general, and only then sometimes give yourself moments of pleasant pleasure and pride in the path traveled and the heights achieved.
