Mudras: finger yoga for body health

Probably, not every one of us is aware that nature has given man the opportunity to treat his body with his own fingers. So the mobility and flexibility of the joints means both the health of the state of the whole organism and its normal functioning. But the pain in the fingers gives a sign that not everything is in order with the internal organs. In order to help yourself, rubbing a nourishing cream into your hands, you should massage each finger a little. This is an excellent stimulation of all organs.

Not so long ago, Western doctors discovered in the human body some channels and meridians that connect its organs to each other for energy metabolism. In other words, they confirmed their internal connection with the fingers! Each of them is responsible for the state of a particular organ. From which of the fingers, for example, does the work of the heart depend? So, the fingers are attached to the body as follows:

– the functionality of the brain depends on the thumb;

– from the index – the work of the stomach;

– Changes in the intestinal area are associated with the middle finger;

– the nameless part of the hand is responsible for the normal functioning of the liver;

– and finally, depending on the little finger is the main organ, that is, the heart.

Wellness gymnastics mudra, or in other words yoga of the fingers, came to us from India. In the Indian yoga technique, special finger positions (hastas) are used. So you can both heal and bring all the organs back to normal. These exercises are easy to perform and, when systematically performed, give a tangible effect.
1. Prevention of heart diseases and getting rid of the consequences of nervous stress

It is necessary to place your hands in parallel at a small distance from each other, always with your palms inward. Then you should bend your fingers in turn, at the same time making movements in a circle with your hands in the direction away from you. With regular performance of such an exercise, you can significantly increase the tone of the heart muscle and strengthen loosened nerves.

2. To reduce blood pressure, pain and a feeling of heaviness in the head

It is required to sequentially lay the fingers as follows: the ring finger – on the little finger, the middle finger – on the ring finger, and so on. All steps must be repeated in reverse order. Remember that this exercise must be performed simultaneously with both hands.

3. For ear pain and lowering hearing

It is necessary to bend the third finger so that its pad touches the thumb (its base), and it must press the curved middle one. Keep the other three fingers straight, but not tense. Fix them like this for 2-3 minutes. Repeat more than once.

4. As a relief from pain in the joints and in the spine

It is required to bend the pointer finger so that it reaches the first finger with its pad. The latter should slightly support the index. The remaining fingers need to be straightened and relaxed. Exercise should be done at intervals of 10-15 minutes. True pain will not disappear immediately, after about 2 or 3 hours.

5. For colds, pneumonia, coughs, sinusitis

In order to activate immunity, press your palms while crossing the fingers of two hands. Move the first finger on one hand, at the same time, as if passing it into a circle formed from the first two fingers, on the other hand.

6. If there is a stabbing pain in the heart before the ambulance arrives

Try to bend the pointing finger so that it can touch the ball of the phalanx to the base of the first finger. Connect the tips of the fourth, third and first fingers together. But keep your little finger straight. Perform such manipulations with both hands at once until the pain symptoms decrease. This exercise can replace nitroglycerin.

7. To get rid of weakness, nervousness and to improve vision

It is enough to connect the pads of three fingers: the little finger, thumb and ring finger, and straighten the remaining two. In this fixed position, the hands should be for several minutes. If you regularly perform such an exercise, you can not only treat your eyes, but also significantly improve the general condition of the whole organism.

8. After suffering a lot of stress

Simply connect the thumb and forefinger or thumb and middle fingers on two hands, then take deep breaths in and out more than once. Such a hasta will also allow you to focus internally.

9. From inflammatory processes in the stomach, intestines and liver

The little finger on the right hand must be bent so that it connects to the base of the first finger, which should slightly squeeze it. Then the left hand clasps the right palm, and its thumb rests on the identical finger of the other hand.
10. For improve appetite
The side areas of the thumbs should be closed, while the remaining fingers are crossed among themselves and bent so that they are all located in the inner part of the hands. For the purposes of prevention, as well as treatment, you need to perform this exercise for up to 15 minutes, at least two to three times during the day. At the end of each session, the fingers are carefully massaged.

Try to do these exercises yourself and teach them to your loved ones and friends. Therefore, it is not necessary to immediately grab a first-aid kit for any pain. It is important to remember that nature itself has the ability to self-medicate in the body.
