Callanetics – Exercises for the arms

If you are a supporter of open clothing, you definitely need to do exercises so that your hands are always in good shape.

1. Starting position – standing, feet shoulder width apart. Touch your shoulders with your hands. Then extend your left arm, stretch after it, bending the body in the same direction. Do the same with your right hand, but only 100 times in each direction.

2. Starting position – lying down, spread your arms as wide as possible, your back should be straight. Get down on your hands, trying not to press your elbows against your body. Push up in this way 50 times. If initially it is difficult, then it is better not to strain, but do up to 10 times, then increasing the number of movements.
Start this exercise when you can push yourself off the floor at least 30 times.

3. Emphasis – lying on the floor, legs are straightened and do not touch the floor. Push up as low as possible, and the stomach should also not touch the floor. When lowering onto your hands, hold your breath, while lifting – exhale. The movements are not sharp, but smooth, starting from about 10 times. Gradually increase the number of push-ups, bringing them up to 50.

If you feel that you are not able to cope with the full range of exercises, you can independently select those that suit you best.
Reduce the number of movements if you are very tired, but then the effect of classes will stretch for a longer period.
Do not be afraid of the volume of movements, because all this will pay off in the future by the fact that you will acquire a slender figure and a beautiful posture.
